cool game, I liked 2 of the puzzles, but the box pushing is incredibly unfun

Astounding art and music, but I really didn't like the game feel, here. It's really floaty, and the grab is very unsatisfying. I tried using the grab in the first room before it was explained and it didn't feel like an ability but a burden, then when i needed to use it to continue it still felt awkward. The main issue I have is that I usually need to shoot the hand, then start running and jump and hope that I launched the hand correctly at the start.

Compare this with other platformer abilities, like the double jump or a glide, you can use these pretty much instantly and without forethought, and sometimes if you mess up you can just use it to recover as a reaction.

I would prefer if you hovered in place until it connected to something, as opposed to needing to account for the time it takes it reach something. this might be overpowered tho so maybe limit the total distance it can travel

Not sure if its my high dpi monitor but i can't for the life of me make out anything in the game except coins, grass and headstones. the player is smaller than my pinky nail. If the whole game was scaled up and the player/enemies were more simplified I could probably understand what they are and what I'm supposed to do with them.

The controls feel pretty bad too, which makes getting the elusive coins feel like a total chore, I don't know if their hitbox is wrong or too small or something. I don't understand why i randomly shoot fireballs or what my objective is.

really small changes could drastically improve this

charming!

I really enjoyed this, a simple execution but I felt driven to get better scores and further runs. I felt myself wanting more feedback though, sometimes dI get 10 pitches, other times 12. I didn't know whether the ball was scored by it's first bounce, it's furthest point or it's end point. little touches in feedback would have done a lot here, I think

really enjoyed this, the plants' properties make for interesting combinations, the art and audio are all really nice, the floating mouth is weird and cool. my favorite LD52 game, yet.

two gripes, I got tripped up by how diagonal tiles counted as "next to" one another, and I often make the winning move on move 0, and it still counts as a loss. Either call it a loss before I make the move, or make it a win.

As soon as I see an enemy I'm pretty much dead. the idea of successfully shooting one seems harder than hitting a fastball in the MLB.

The harvesting part honestly seems like it would be fun, but my experience is always the same, wait for the initial seeds to grow, die as soon as they mature.

I think you could improve the game 10 fold if it was timed, and getting hit cost you some time. hard-restarting every time i touch an enemy is too brutal

Cool game, controls feel nice and there seems to be a ton of variety

Requests
- Arrow keys to move
- Move the camera so that the player has more room ahead of them than before
- Quick restart

it's insane how much mileage you get out of just 2 buttons. inspiring deisgn

Its fun and i love the pong twist, but i felt like i lost entirely because of the random color selector. Over the course of 5 minutes I went from having a nearly clear board to losing, and didn't feel like I had any choice in the matter.

To make the random color seem more fair, I recommend having a reserve piece you can switch out, preventing colors when there are none of that color in the level, and maybe weighting random color selector based on what colors are out and how far down they are

Wholesome AF
